BREATHING & PHYSICAL EXERCISE - WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO DO WITH STAYING
HEALTHY & REDUCING STRESS?
If you desire better health, it is important to constantly remind yourself to take deep
breaths. Although taking deep breaths may sound like a no-brainer, deep breathing
exercises are often neglected when you are caught in a stressful situation. When you
are worried or stressed, you will have a tendency to take shorter breaths because your
heart is pumping so quickly and things get out of control for you.

When you exercise, your heart will beat faster and you will breathe deeper. Doing so
will help you squeeze carbon dioxide (toxic gas) out of your body and replenish it with
FAT FREE oxygen to energize you naturally.
