Blending Versus Juicing - Is There A difference?
It all depends on how you do it. In case you are not aware, the skins of many fruits
and root vegetables are the main source of their fiber and antioxidants. If you remove
them prior to eating, you are actually taking away the essential fiber that is good for
your digestive system. Therefore, it is important to wash your fruits and vegetable
thoroughly before eating.

If you blend organic apples or pears with their skin, the amount of fiber you will get
from the fruits will be maximized. Although the texture of the blended juice is coarser
than juice from the juicer, you are getting the natural fiber that will help you digest
better and keep your digestive system in good working order. A juice machine is good too, but juicers
tend to hold back a portion of fiber (usually the skin of the fruits) in the filters.
Power of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Honestly, I do not like the smell of it at first, because I simply do not like
vinegar. However, once I acquired the taste, it tastes a little like
lemonade.

Start by adding one teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar to half a
glass of water (4oz) and drink it - add a little honey if necessary. Once

Salad can Make You Fat!

Way #2:
- Get a bowl of dressing
- Top it with a handful of salad
- Mix it
- Eat it

Why Organic?

artificial fertilizers, synthetic pesticides, bioengineering, or radiation (used to

specific standards that are regulated by the USDA (United States Department
of Agriculture).

Furthermore, organic crops are produced with earth-friendly processes using
renewable resources to protect the environment for our future generations.
